James R. Kennedy is a graduate of Stetson University College

of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar May 14, 1982.

Mr. Kennedy graduated Cum Laude from Rider College in

Lawrenceville, New Jersey, with a degree in political science

and economics.

Jim Kennedy has practiced law as a sole practitioner at 856 2nd

Avenue North since 1983. His practice consists of to civil

litigation, including family law and personal injury,

and estate planning which includes wills, trusts and probate.
